Project One
opening Wed Feb 25th 7pm

Francis Simeni is a Nigerian-born, New York City based fine artist. His work portrays the beauty of Black culture and reflects a poetic optimism. Textured, rich and familiar – Francis’ subjects evoke a quiet yet deep introspection.

Remy Amezcua brings another contribution to his continuing series ” A Group Show of Selves”. And, this chapter in the series revolves around a collection of poems entitled “Taking My History Too Seriously” which combines text written in an original font, intertwined with photographic images, sculture, video and drawings.

Remy offers “it’s part cabinet of curiosity, part scrapbook explosion – the installation will challenge the viewer to question their place in Today’s world”.

Curent Exhibit. July 14th – August 14th
