“5. Jonas Reinhardt at Project One (Saturday)
It’s fitting that the last couple times I’ve seen local boys Jonas Reinhardt’s name on a flier, it’s been for a show at an art gallery. The band approaches its synth-heavy post rock with an art bent, sounding at times like a live sci-fi soundtrack. On Saturday they play at the newish Project One, which also hosts Portland’s experimental electronic trio Explode Into Colors and tastemaking DJ Tristes Tropiques. Show starts at 9 p.m. and costs $7.”
